Mark Holley

WEAU 13 meteorologist Mark Holley comes from Beaver, Wi, but Mark Holley actually began weather forecasting while attending elementary school in Pottstown, Pa. He would predict snow days for his teachers and classmates with amazing accuracy. While attending Owen J. Robert High School, Mark did the morning announcements which included a daily weather forecast. After interning with Tom Mahoney at WFRV in Green Bay, he graduated from Mississippi State University. Mark was also a member of the track team. He then moved to the family farm in Beaver because he loves everything about Wisconsin. Mark is known for his outgoing personality. His interests include hunting, fishing, hobby farming and sports. Mark is a 3 time wrestler at the world largest pig wrestling competition in Caldron Fall Wisconsin. In 2004 his team took 5th place. He is also a four time Fantasy Football League champion. Growing giant pumpkins and making maple syrup occupy this handsome bachelor’s spare time.
