The following is just a few of my honest thoughts and opinions. I awoke this morning feeling numb. WHY DID MITT ROMNEY LOSE? For me, it truly wasn’t a Republican or Democratic thing – I am VERY worried about the economy and I feel a private sector business man who knows business and economics would be much better for us right now than a ROCK STAR. However, it looks like more people wanted the Rock Star. I can’t believe Romney received fewer votes than John McCain. But I guess that’s understandable when one realizes that Romney was running against someone who was appearing on Leno, Letterman, The View etc. and being treated like Royalty. The Last  Presidential debate WAS A DRAW….But Mitt should have nailed  Barack on Libya…The President lied about what he said on 9/12  in the Rose Garden...and Candy Crowley helped him Lie. Susan Rice Lied…on those Sunday talk shows  IT WAS THE YOUTUBE Movie……and Barack lied at the UN…..Axelrod  Lied on several interviews.  IT WAS A TERRORIST ATTACK…It took 2 Weeks to finally say it was what it was. Mitt tried to nail him…Candy Crowley…aided the President. THE PRESS IS THE ENEMY.  If W was in office he would have almost been impeached by the Press by now. Hillary took the Fall…for  Barack.  Many times  Barack did not answer the question that was asked.   He evaded many direct answers on energy and domestic drilling. On the VP debate. If you read the transcript or listened to it on radio you called it a tie or even a Biden win. If you watched it on TV I would say Ryan won because of Biden’s rude and unprofessional behavior. Joe was disrespectful in continuing to refer to Congressman Ryan as “MY FRIEND” and never calling him Congressman...or Paul or by not looking at him and using words like “That’s Stuff or Baloney”. You know he wanted to say “Crap”. Romney made his points without being disrespectful of President Obama. Biden laughing out loud and constantly interrupting while Paul was attempting make a point, especially when Congressman Ryan was discussing Libya and security, was disgraceful. First, they listened to the citizens and voted against a Sand Transfer station off Anderson Drive on our city’s north side. The primary reason I'm voting for Romney is because I recognize that my job, and the employment of many of my family members, depends on it.  Right now, many businesses desperately need economic growth right now in order to become sufficiently profitable enough to re-invest in the business so as to be able to generate long-term, sustainable, growth. Obama's policies are oppressing the economy.  His re-election will oppress the economy further.  A Romney election would help spur economic growth because the confidence of businesses and investors would dramatically improve, and a lot of pent up desire and need to invest would be unleashed, resulting in immediate economic growth. I will always remember that day in July 1969 sitting in the National Guard Armory in Green Bay huddled around a TV set watching Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin {who I later met} land on our Moon. Neil was the quiet hero who shunned the spotlight. But he will be remembered as America beat the Soviet Union in the Space Race. It see that our space program now has to pay those same Russians just to get to the Space Station. At least our Mars Rover made it in 2012. I know some of you are Democrats and some are Conservatives or Republicans. I hope that we all can have discussions on issues before November. I believe in and Love America and sincerely believe that we are in the worst economic situation since the great depression. I believe that these gentlemen are true leaders who can lead us in the right direction to get people back to work. Hopefully you will read the Romney/Ryan economic plan.  I dislike the negative nature of the campaign and still hope for serious discussions on issues.
