American Veterans Organization, (AMVETS) is hosting an organizational open-house at Globe University in Eau Claire, 4955 Bullis Farm Rd., Eau Claire, WI

for AMVETS POST 397

AMVETS membership is opened to ALL military veterans who served honorably from WWII through the present, or are currently serving regardless of branch of service:  National Guard and Reservists are welcome to join. 

AMVETS was chartered by Congress in 1947, organized by returning WWII veteran college students.  We have over 50 posts throughout Wisconsin. The number 397 was chosed to honor 397th Engineers, Army Reserve. The post name will be chosed by the 397th Engineers to honor one of their fallen soldiers.
