  • Downtown Eau Claire Summerfest 2014

    You can celebrate with local businesses tomorrow at the Downtown Eau Claire Summerfest.

    Downtown Eau Claire Summerfest starts at 11 am with numerous local businesses participating in selling their goods at Downtown Barstow Street. Event organizer Salina Heller says there will be activities suitable for all ages.

    She says, from live music performances, petting zoo to pony rides, downtown Summerfest has much to offer.

    Heller says the event will end in Phoenix Park with a night showing of the Despicable Me 2 film. She says the park depicts the perfect image to show the beauty of the confluence between Eau Claire and Chippewa River.

    The event is hosted by Downtown Eau Claire Inc. and they estimate thousands to attend. Read More
